Employee Outsourcing
Employee Outsourcing is a specific employment relationship in which an employee is formally registered as an agency worker but performs work for companies that need to temporarily fill vacant positions. From an economic perspective, this type of employment can be compared to labor leasing, as the agency temporarily assigns its employee to perform work for another employer. This type of employment is also known as "temporary assignment."
Employment Express holds an agency employment license issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs in accordance with Section 14(1)(b) of the Employment Act.
For us at Employment Express, it is essential that the assigned worker feels treated equally to the permanent employees of the company to which they are assigned. This approach promotes their motivation and loyalty to the employer and increases the overall effectiveness of the cooperation. We know each of our agency employees personally, which allows us to better understand their needs and be ready to address their requests at any time. An individual approach is the basis of our philosophy and one of the key elements of our success.
