In our recruitment department we set as our goal to quickly and effectively find, screen, select and recommend to our clients qualified candidates for any given position. We achieve this through the following steps:
- Work position and profile analysis – Together with a client and based on the job description, we analyze who they are truly searching for, what are their intentions and needs. Recruitment conducted through exact analysis and a detailed job description has far higher probability for success.
- Search for candidates – We publish the position. We advertise on job portals, in national and local newspapers, professional publications, on social network sites. We also search for candidates in our database and through recommendations.
- Candidate Screening – We conduct a telephone and consequently a personal interview with the candidates who correspond with the required profile. We assess their professional and personal skills, work experience, and language skills. We inquire about their motivation and expectations from their future job.
- Recommendation and presentation of candidates – The following step is the introduction of candidates. We send the client the candidate’s curriculum vitae together with our summary and language test results. We will answer any other questions that may arise, confirm or further discuss the client’s impressions and arrange a personal meeting. We can verify the references upon the client’s request.
Recruitment services remain free until the client signs a contract with our candidate. This means that however much effort it takes us, however many candidates we interview, or adverts we place, you only pay us if you employ one of our candidates.
