Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is a service where a client transfers part or all of its recruitment activities to our company as an external provider of these services.
The difference between RPO and other types of recruitment is in Process. In RPO, we overtake the Process aspect whereas in other types of personnel services, we would be a part of a process controlled by the client.
When providing these services, we can offer our recruitment specialists to a client or overtake their current employees in the recruitment department. We can use their recruitment methodology including the usage of a database or we can implement our own procedures. In fact, we provide regular reporting based on clients’ requirements.
