Your CV should be:

• well-structured (with different sections)
• detailed (be specific about what you have done)
• clear to read (understandable language)
• organized (have an order and a "flow")
• concise (a maximum of two pages)
• relevant (everything in your CV apart from personal info should be relevant to the specific position that you are applying for. The more relevant, the higher up on the CV it should appear)
• well-presented (typed, well-spaced and laid-out, avoid bunches of text)
• Do not mention salaries.
• Check it for spelling mistakes.
